Plans

Jitera offers four plans.

Changing your plan

  1. Open the Billing page in organization settings
  2. Click Change plan
  3. Select a plan in the pricing modal
  4. Choose a billing cycle — monthly or annual (available for Pro and Max plans)
  5. You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment
  6. After successful payment, you are returned to Jitera and the new plan takes effect immediately
Only organization owners can change plans.

Credits

Credits are consumed when you send messages to AI agents. The amount consumed varies based on the AI agent’s processing.

Checking your credit balance

Your credit usage is visible in the credit bar at the top of the screen. The bar color gives a quick sense of remaining credits. For detailed usage, visit the Billing page in organization settings.

Credit renewal

Credits are renewed periodically based on your billing cycle.
  • Monthly plans: Reset on your monthly billing date
  • Annual plans: Reset monthly (credits are granted monthly throughout the annual contract)

Seats

Seats are a billing unit based on the number of active members in your organization.
  • Each active member consumes one seat
  • Check current seat usage on the Billing page in organization settings
  • Seat limits vary by plan (some plans offer unlimited seats)

Billing management

Billing Portal

From the Stripe Billing Portal, you can:
  • Update payment methods
  • Download invoices
  • Edit billing information
Click the Manage billing button on the Billing page in organization settings to open the Billing Portal.

Cancellation

  1. Open the Billing page in organization settings
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation on the confirmation screen
After cancellation, you can continue using the plan’s features until the end of your current billing period.

Reactivating a subscription

If you cancelled your subscription but are still within the current billing period, you can reactivate it:
  1. Open the Billing page in organization settings
  2. Click Reactivate plan in the cancellation notice banner
  3. Your subscription resumes and continues as before — no new checkout is required

FAQ

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you cancelled and reactivate before the billing period ends, your plan continues without interruption.
When credits are exhausted, you won’t be able to send messages to AI agents. Wait for your credits to renew or consider upgrading your plan.
Access the Billing Portal from the Billing page in organization settings to download invoices.
The Enterprise plan is custom-configured with dedicated support, SLAs, and security compliance. Contact Jitera’s sales team for details.
