Inviting Members

Organization Members

  1. Open the Members page in organization settings
  2. Click Invite and enter the email address and role
  3. An invitation email is sent — the invitee joins after accepting
Invitations are valid for 7 days. Expired invitations can be resent.

Guests

You can invite external users as guests on a per-project basis. Guests can only access the project they were invited to and cannot see other projects in the organization.

Managing Members

On the Members page in organization settings, members are organized into Members and Guests tabs.
  • Search members by email or name
  • Change roles via dropdown
  • Remove members
  • Resend or cancel pending invitations

Teams

Teams are units for grouping projects within an organization.
  • Create teams from the Teams page in organization settings
  • Assign members to teams
  • Rename or delete teams
  • Manage projects per team
