View and access projects across different contexts through three distinct list views.

View and access projects across different contexts through three distinct list views. Project List displays projects from your teams, recent activity across all teams, and shared projects in organized, searchable interfaces with quick access to project settings.

Capabilities

• View recent projects from all teams on Home page
• View complete project list for specific teams
• View projects shared with you in dedicated list
• Search projects by name in team and shared views
• Access projects via click on project name
• View project count and last activity timestamps
• Access project options menu for team projects

How to Use

1. View recent projects across all teams:

   • Navigate to Home page from sidebar
   • Recent projects section displays up to 10 projects
   • Each project shows team name and last activity time
   

2. View all projects in a specific team:

   • Click team name in sidebar (e.g., “Omat’s Personal Team”)
   • “All projects” header shows total count
   • Complete list of team projects displays with timestamps
   

3. View shared projects:

   • Click “Shared projects” in sidebar under External teams
   • “Projects” header shows count of shared projects
   • List shows projects shared from other teams
   

4. Search for projects (in team or shared views):

   • Click search icon in header
   • Type project name in search field
   • List filters to show matching projects only

5. Open a project:

   • Click project name in any list
   • Project opens to chat interface

6. Access project options (team projects only):

   • Click three-dot menu (⋮) next to project name
   • Options menu appears with available actions

• Filtering by project status, tags, or team
• Pagination for large project lists
• Bulk selection of multiple projects
• Bulk delete or archive operations
• Project favorites or pinning
• Exporting project list to file
• Viewing archived projects in lists
• Custom columns or project metadata display
• Drag and drop to reorder projects
• Project grouping by category or status
