Access user account settings, preferences, and application controls from a centralized menu. User Profile Menu provides quick access to theme switching, language selection, account management, help resources, and logout functionality through a single menu located in the sidebar.
Capabilities
- Access user profile menu from sidebar bottom button
- View user information (name, email, avatar)
- Switch application theme (Light, Dark, System)
- Change interface language (English, Japanese)
- Navigate to account settings (Profile, Preferences, Security)
- Access help documentation via external link
- Log out of current session
How to Use

Open user profile menu:
- Locate user profile button at bottom of sidebar
- Button displays user avatar (initial letter) and name
- Click button to open profile menu overlay

View user information:
- Profile menu displays user avatar at top
- Shows full name (e.g., “Setyadi Omat”)
- Shows email address (e.g., “omat.asepsetyadi@jitera.com”)

Change theme:
- Theme switcher appears as three icon buttons (sun, moon, monitor)
- Click sun icon for Light theme
- Click moon icon for Dark theme
- Click monitor icon for System theme (follows operating system settings)
- Selected theme highlights with active state
- Theme applies instantly across entire application

Change language:
- Language switcher displays as two tabs (EN, JA)
- Click EN tab to switch to English interface
- Click JA tab to switch to Japanese interface
- Selected language shows active state
- Language change applies immediately to all UI text

Access account settings:
- Click “Account settings” link to open settings dialog
- Dialog displays three tabs: Profile, Preferences, Security
- Profile tab shows name and work email with edit option
- Preferences tab contains application preferences
- Security tab manages password and security settings
- Click X button or press Escape to close dialog

Access help:
- Click “Help” link to open external help documentation
- Help link shows external link icon indicating new tab opens
- Help documentation opens in new browser tab

Log out:
- Click “Log out” to end current session
- Application redirects to login page
- Session terminates and requires re-authentication

- Quick-switching between multiple accounts
- Keyboard shortcut to open menu (must click button)
- Drag-and-drop menu reordering
- Collapsing or hiding menu sections
- Exporting user settings or preferences
